Who are you?
Pick a department -
1) Command & Control. Captains and command staff; admirals; pilots.
2) Medical & Science. Doctors, scientific specialists and analysts, including staff not in the chain of command.
3) Engineering & Security. Including all engineers, all stereotypical throwaway 'redshirts', and communications staff.

Pick a rank -
1) Crewman. You're an enlisted person. Whatever expertise you might have, you have to obey the officers around you in everything.
2) Chief. Enlisted you may be, but you've gained expertise and experience. You know what you're doing better than many of those officers do.
3) Cadet. You're in Starfleet Academy, you haven't even graduated yet. Just a little baby pre-officer.
4) Ensign. Freshly graduated, at the bottom of the officer heap.
5) Lieutenant (Junior Grade), Lieutenant. Finally gained some command of your own.
6) Lieutenant Commander, Commander. You're eligible to command a starship now.
7) Captain. You have a command of your own. Time for that responsibility to be on your shoulders.
8) Admiral. Command of multiple ships.

Other -
1) Federation citizen. Scientist or consultant? Diplomatic Corps?
2) Alien. Are you hostile? In need of rescue? Curious about this new encounter?
3) Enemy. Are you in battle with Starfleet? Across the negotiating table? Bringing it down from within?
4) Foreign VIP. A diplomat, or a planetary leader.
5) Mercenary/pirate/trader, in general unaligned.
6) Other!

What's happening?
Exploration -
1) Observing astronomical phenomenon. This will be fascinating! For science!
2) You've discovered a new alien race. Time for first contact.
3) Space-time anomalies. Something weird is happening with the ship…
4) Survival. You're stranded on a new planet/crash-landed. You must survive, either among the local culture or in the wilderness.
5) Other!

Fighting -
1) Space battle. It's your duty to meet the enemy. Could be the Borg, or the Dominion, or the Klingons.
2) Boarded! The ship's got hostiles on board. Time to fight compartment to compartment. Maybe they've taken the ship and it's time to take it back.
3) Covert operations. Going undercover, disguised, to find information. Maybe you're a spy in Starfleet itself.
4) Disaster. Systems are out, there's no communication, and you have to figure out how to get out of this mess with limited tools at hand.
5) Rescue. Someone's in danger. A space station running out of air? A planet in danger of exploding? Go rescue them!
6) Other!

Diplomacy & Politics -
1) Negotiations. Are you ending a war? Beginning trade relations? Is this a continuation of first contact?
2) Playing host. You have diplomats/kings/leaders on your ship, and you have to impress them.
3) Elections. Is it for President of the Federation? Are you supervising an election on another world?
4) Asylum. Someone has sought refuge on the starship. Why?
5) Other!

Routine -
1) Off-duty. Time for a good game, or dinner party, or some fun in the holosuite.
2) Normal shifts. It's a routine, by now. Do you joke on duty? Is it rigid and professional?
3) Mess Hall. Grabbing a meal.
4) Shore leave. Vacation time! Are you spending it with your crewmates or as far away as possible?
5) Other!

Dangerous quests! Treacherous dungeons! Leveling up! Cheap-ass DMs.

Everybody loves D&D and this is a place for it. Open to AUs, OCs, hell even canon characters because random planeshifting is a thing.

Pick your setting of choice or just go with the generic D&D setting. I'm not here to tell you what to do.

For your reference, here's some Races

And over here are some classes to pick from. I'm linking 5e stuff cause it's what I have on hand but whatever sounds good to you.

And because I'm too lazy to cook up my own prompts here's a list of 101 adventure ideas.

POKEMON AU MEME

It's exactly what it says on the tin! An open RP post set in the Pokemon game universe for canon characters and AUs alike or whatever the heck you want to do. Here, have some prompts.

Starting Out
Everybody has to start their journey somewhere and this is where yours begins. Get to the lab to pick up your starter, skip through the tutorials because we all know what we're doing by now, mix it up with your rival and get out into that tall grass.

Wild Encounters
Speaking of tall grass, it's everywhere and it's crawling with wild Pokemon. Maybe you're out grinding levels, shiny chaining or on the hunt for that rare Pokemon in the area. Or maybe you bit off more than you can chew and are scurrying to the nearest Pokemon center. Might need some backup if things are getting hairy.

Trainer Encounter
Just like tall grass, there's fellow trainers all over the world and a couple of you have just run into each other. Is this a random run-in or another confrontation with your rival? Or are you just making a new friend?

Gym and League Battles
Ah, here's what it's all about. You're here for a badge and you're not leaving without it. Challenge a gym leader or play one yourself, whatever! Or maybe you're coming up against the reigning Champion or the Elite four. Point is it's time to throw down.

Tournament
Gym and League battles aren't the only times when Pokemon compete and it's not all battles. Maybe you just came into town in time for a tournament with a big prize at the end.

Contests and Showcases
Battles in general aren't the only kind of competition a Pokemon can sign up for. Contests and Showcases are also popular events. Come on and step into the world of showbiz!

Not a trainer?
You don't want to be a trainer? You want one of those other pokemon jobs? Gee, look at the nonconformist. But, hey, there's plenty Pokemon can do without battling. Get work at a Pokemon center, be an aerial tour guide. The sky's the limit.

Legendary Encounters
Legendary birds flying the skies, beasts roaming the routes, dragons commanding the elements and time and space itself and everything in between. You're coming face to face with a living legend in the flesh, but are you trying to capture it yourself or maybe protect it from....

The Villain Team
Every game has one. They're the bad guys and they're up to no good. Stealing Pokemon or trying to unmake the fabric of freaking reality itself, the point is they're bad guys. Get out there and put a stop to their nefarious activities... or sign up if that's what you'd rather do. You villain.

Wild Card
You know what, you don't need me to tell you what to do. We all know this stuff so just make up a scenario and get rolling. Go nuts.

An open RP meme set in the D&D setting of Eberron. A world filled with magic, fresh out of a hundred-year war that left one nation as a scar on the land filled with roaming wild magic and death. Eberron has since entered a sort of industrialized age thanks to the advancements in magic-fueled technology. Airships travel the skies, lightning rails crisscross the landscape and adventurers make a living exploring ancient ruins and working for the various kingdoms and factions that seek to outmaneuver each other in subtle political intrigue... or outright bloodshed. The Treaty of Thronehold may have marked the end of the Last War, but the fighting never really stopped.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS?

AU/OC: You've always existed on Eberron and the continent of Khorvaire is your home. Are you a human or one of the other races that exist on the world? Where are you from? A Paladin of the Silver Flame from Thrane? A Cyran refugee fleeing the dead-grey mists that consumed your homeland? A proud Elven warrior from Valenar? Or a dinosaur-riding halfling from the Talenta Plains? Remember, this is a D&D setting so if it exists in the game it belongs here as well.

OU: Or are you just unfamiliar with this whole thing and it's just too much reading before you dive in? No problem. There's no end to the magic fuckery happening in this world and maybe some cosmic convergence or magical incident accidentally yanked somebody in from another world. Hopefully, you'll find a friendly face out there to bring you up to speed and maybe a way home to boot.

SCENARIOS

A: Exploration Like we mentioned up above, adventuring's a good business in this world. Venture through some ruins and look for treasure. Just make sure you stick close to the party and watch out for monsters.

B: Cloak and Dagger Just because blood isn't being spilled on battlefields anymore doesn't mean that the hostilities of the Last War have ended. Nations and rulers still seek to outmaneuver and undermine each other and you're wrapped up in it! Are you skulking the shadows, chasing down spies or maybe something different like infiltrating a fancy ball.

C: Murder in Sharn! Or anywhere else, really. As much danger as there is from the inhuman creatures roaming the world, sometimes regular old mortals do a good enough job of killing each other off. Either way a body's been found and you're just the person to solve the case! But there's always complications with these things, aren't they? Maybe the City Watch is after your friend's head for this one.

D: Trouble on the Road Travel in the world is faster and easier than it's ever been. Airships carry passengers across the continent with ease and the lightning rails provide quick transportation in style and comfort. You've hitched a ride on one of these marvels of modern day engineering and if you're lucky you're in for a smooth ride. If you're not then there's a classic train robbery! Or saboteurs trying to knock out the matrix keeping the airship's elemental bound and sending the whole thing plummeting to the cold, hard ground. Better get a move on and fix it!

E: Anything Else Good old wild card options! Like I said, it's a D&D setting and open for whatever you want so go nuts for kicks.

And if you want a resource to do some reading, there happens to be a wiki out there.

THE PARK IS OPEN

An open, no-rules meme for all your dinosaur adventure needs. It's an AU meme which means characters are just normal people visiting or working at the park because what's the fun in being chased down by a dinosaur when you can just turn around and eye laser it to death or punch it through a wall?

I'm no good at these setup things so here are some prompts!

1- Welcome to Jurassic Park! The park is open, the attractions are set and the place is full of guests. Whether you're here for the tour or your day job, there's stuff to do all over. Grab some snacks, check out the visitor's center, visit the dinosaur petting zoo. Go nuts.

2- You know what else is cool? The rides. Hop in a jeep or a fancy, futuristic gyroscope ball thingy and go roam with some herbivores out in the wild. Maybe everything goes well, or maybe your vehicle breaks down. Either way, just try not to get stepped on.

3- Containment breach. Something just got out. Aw, dangit! This might not be so bad though, maybe one of the herbivores snuck out of its pen and is eating the palm trees down at the beach. Or maybe it's really bad and something much more dangerous is roaming the island.

4- Well, this was inevitable. Everything's gone to shit. The power's out, the fences are down and you've officially joined the food chain at the very bottom. I hope you're wearing comfortable shoes because it's time to run! And remember, the T-Rex's vision is based on movement.

Welcome to the mysterious town of Gravity Peaks (name pending)! It's a quiet little rural town out in the countryside that appears completely untouched by time. From the general store to the small hotel boasting the finest decor the 1970s had to offer! Internet? Cel phones? Forget it! When you're in this town the rest of the world might as well not exist.

At first glance it might seem like a quiet, peaceful little community, but when the sun goes down the real fun begins and even sometimes before then. Spooks float around town, skeletons dance in the graveyard and bigfeet wander the woods. Strangely enough though the townsfolk seem totally oblivious to this reality, no matter how much proof is brought to them. Weird, huh?

Well, anyway, welcome to town! Are you new here and just starting to get an idea of what the place has to offer, or have you lived here your whole life refusing to let the wool be pulled over your eyes? Either way, remember to keep your flashlight batteries fully stocked and don't forget if you ever feel like you're being watched.

You are.

Here are some prompts to get you started!

The Mystic Seer - You've made a crazy discovery! One of those goofy napkin dispensers that give out fortunes at the local diner has started making eerily accurate predictions. With this, you can get the answers to all the questions about your future, but... you'd better be careful. Knowing too much can be a bad thing and when all the answers are laid out, how many of your choices are really your own?

Closing Time - After hours down at the little building that passes for a mall around here. Is it a dare or a job? Whatever it is, the place is closed down and you're in for the long haul. Hey, this could be fun... but... say, wasn't that mannequin standing in a different pose a second ago?

The Obligatory Haunted House - Up on the hill sits the old Serling manor, a great big mansion with winding corridors and big rooms. The old house has been empty for years and rumors abound about strange noises and lights coming from it. Do you dare investigate?

Something In the Trees - Mysterious footprints, food and items missing, something moving among the tree branches. Is it Bigfoot? Elves? Something else entirely? You don't know, but you're about to find out!

Trick Or Treat - It's Halloween! Everybody loves Halloween! Get your costume on and start gathering your haul! Be wary though, Halloween is a very old tradition and laughing kids aren't the only ones dancing through the streets this evening!

Wild Card - Anything can happen in this town and there's a setting for everything. Tourist traps, weird science, name your poison! Choose your own adventure.

A general voicetesting for a Gundam Build Fighters AU RP. Choose your character, choose their Gunpla and toss them into the exciting world of plastic model battles. Pick from one of the prompts down below or cook up an adventure of your own.

1 - Gunpla Battle! The Plavsky particles are dispersed and it's time to throw down. Set your Gunpla, pick your damage level and get ready to rock. Maybe you're battling on the stage of the tournament circuit or an arcade or the back room of a model shop. Solo or team battles? Everything on the line or just a friendly match? It's your call.

2 - Gunpla Shopping It's not all about exciting battles and cheering crowds, for some people the most exciting part of Gunpla is picking out a new kit and putting it together. That's what brings you out here now. Come see what's new on the shelves or pick out your first kit and get started on this crazy hobby.

3 - What's a Gunpla? You have no idea what this whole thing is all about but everyone sure seems to be getting into it, maybe it's worth a look? Wow, there sure are a lot of different models and you're not sure where to start. Maybe somebody can give you a hand here.

4 - I'm Not Your Boss Set up whatever you want. Downtime during a tournament. School life. I dunno, it's the wild card option. Go nuts.
